Fairly nice overall experience. Small hotel with affable and pleasant staff. The rooms with original features. Nice decoration in the rooms, favourable and excellent location.

Our favourite, small hotel in Rome with helpful and decent staff. Excellent location to get to popular Rome attractions thanks to a bus stop close to the venue.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. With its affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and service provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were adorned with original features, including a charming double bed and an excellent view from the balcony. I also appreciated the comfort of the air-conditioning during my visit. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a great start to the day.

No complaints, everything was just fine.

Hotel is very close to the Termini Train Station, the travel agency office for day trips, and the stop for the Hop-on Hop-off City tour buses. Plenty and variety of places to eat nearby at all times of the day and night. Staff spoke English and was very helpful. Location is quiet allowing you to sleep.

No lobby or chairs to sit down and wait for others if you travel with other friends.

Very noisy you could hear everything outside and inside the hotel. Breakfast was a drink and 1 pastry taken at a nearby bar.

Nice location near Roma Termini. Room was modern and clean. Entrance was controlled making it very secure. Free wifi and continental breakfast.

Walking directions from Roma Termini need to be clearer

A classic and old-fashioned hotel with reasonable rate. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

Location, quite far from Termini station compares to other budget hotel. But on the other side it is near Metro station (Castro something something). Entering hotel needs to press the bell since it is a shared apartments/hotel. No hairdryer.

Location short walk to a cafe, bus stop, and major sights. The rooms with the air conditioning and balcony, for instance. Helpful staff during our stay.

Great location near the main train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The convenience of being able to easily walk to and from the train station was a huge bonus. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with thin walls making it easy to hear the neighbors and other disturbances. there were some cleanliness issues in the room, including mold in the shower and ants in the bathroom.

Room clean and comfortable, located close to Termini station. Very kind staff. Breakfast is served in a cafe just around the corner - gives you a chance to meet the locals :-)

This B&B was not too obvious to find (located in a block of flats and you need to ring a bell). Our room was quite noisy due to a busy street nearby (ask for a courtyard room, if available).
